Free pitching evaluation
Train the cause,
not the symptom.
Velocity, command, and durability are all downstream of how your body moves. Below is how we think about pitching development, and how to get an honest read on where you actually stand.

What actually moves the needle
Four things decide
whether you get better.
Not radar-gun readings or the newest drill. These are the levers that real development pulls, in order.
01
How you move
Every pitch is limited by what your body can and cannot do. Restrictions and poor movement patterns force compensations, and compensations are where velocity leaks and arm pain begin. Movement is the foundation everything else is built on.
02
A delivery that repeats
Command does not come from aiming the ball. It comes from a delivery efficient enough to repeat under fatigue and pressure. Clean it up once and consistency follows on its own.
03
Durability
The best ability is availability. An arm that is sore or fades late in outings is rarely unlucky. It is usually a movement or workload problem, and those are fixable once you can see them.
04
The mental side
The work means nothing if you cannot let it go and compete. We coach the mental side alongside the physical, simplifying your approach so you pitch instead of think.
Where development stalls
What most pitchers
get wrong.
Chasing the radar gun
Velocity is an outcome, not a drill. Training for the number directly is the fastest way to plateau or get hurt. Build the body and the delivery, and the velocity shows up safely.
Collecting cues
Ten coaches, ten cues. Stacking fixes on a body that physically cannot execute them just adds noise. The cue is not the problem, the movement underneath it is.
Skipping the screen
You cannot fix what you have never measured. Most facilities never actually put eyes on how your body moves, so they guess. We start by looking.
