This page shows exactly how customers of Pitching Performance Lab ("PPL") consent to receive text messages. Consent is collected during account registration at app.pitchingperformancelab.com/register. Because registration is completed inside a customer account, the opt-in below reproduces exactly what a customer sees and agrees to on the final step of sign-up, so that it can be reviewed publicly without creating an account.

Who we message: existing PPL customers (athletes and their parents/guardians) who created an account and provided their mobile number.
Message types: training-session reminders and schedule changes, coaching communication, scheduling and booking questions, account and payment notifications, and general customer support. Optional promotional texts are sent only if the promotional box above is checked.
How customers opt in: by creating an account and providing a mobile number during registration at app.pitchingperformancelab.com/register and agreeing to the consent shown above. PPL staff may also collect a mobile number and the same consent in person at our facilities during registration.
Message frequency: varies based on your account activity.
