Velocity. Movement. Health.
We build pitchers,
not just sessions.
Pitching Performance Lab is where youth, high-school, college, and pro arms come to develop velocity, refine movement, and stay healthy — built on biomechanical screening, daily programming, and Trackman-tracked bullpens.
What you get
The PPL difference
Screened, not guessed
Every athlete starts with a biomechanical screen. We program from data, not feel — and we re-screen at every phase transition so the work matches the body.
Daily program, not weekly lesson
The training hour is the part everyone sees. We give you the other six days — daily warmups, recovery work, mound work, mobility, and accountability.
Trackman on every bullpen
Every bullpen is logged: velocity, spin, IVB, HB, extension. You get a session report. Your coach gets the trend line. Decisions get easier.
Coaches who keep showing up
Performance coaches, partnership coaches, and a medical track for arm health. We don’t sub you out to whoever has the floor — your coach is your coach.

Membership
More than the training hour
Every PPL member gets: daily prescribed workouts, individualized mound work, weekly coach check-ins, Trackman session reports, video feedback, and arm-care programming for the six days you’re not in the building.
The training hour is the part everyone sees. The other six days are the part everyone forgets.
